A3 Sports Europe is dedicated to delivering professional, ICC-approved cricket gear directly to your club or home. We ship orders to all countries within the European Union (EU). All orders are dispatched from our European fulfillment centers.

2. Free Shipping Thresholds

We aim to make high-quality cricket equipment accessible and affordable. Therefore, we offer Free Standard Shipping within the EU under the following conditions:

  • High-Value Orders: Any single order with a total value exceeding €150 automatically qualifies for free shipping.

  • Heavy Weight Orders (Club/Team Kits): Any single order where the total package weight exceeds 15 kg automatically qualifies for free shipping, regardless of the order’s total monetary value.

The applicable free shipping discount will be calculated and applied automatically at checkout.

3. Standard Shipping Rates

For orders that do not meet the €150 value threshold or the 15 kg weight threshold, shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout. These rates are based on the exact delivery address within the EU and the total dimensional weight of the package.

4. Processing and Dispatch Times

  • Standard Inventory: Orders containing standard, in-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Customized Gear: Orders requiring customization (e.g., custom bat weights, personalized club jerseys, or laser engraving) require additional processing time. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for dispatch.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location within the European Union. Standard delivery typically ranges from 3 to 7 business days. Please note that these are estimates and can occasionally be affected by local courier delays or public holidays.

6. Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.
