Return and Refund Policy

1. The A3 Sports Europe Guarantee

We stand behind the premium quality of our cricket equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our European-compliant return policy ensures you are protected.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect compared to what you ordered, we will make it right immediately.

  • Notification: Please contact our support team at [Insert Support Email] within 48 hours of receiving the product. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect.

  • Resolution: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Once the defective item is returned to us, you may choose to receive a brand-new replacement product (shipped to you at no extra cost) or a full refund of the purchase price and original shipping costs.

3. EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • Condition of Goods: The goods must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original tags, protective wrapping, and packaging completely intact.

  • Return Shipping: For returns based on a change of mind (exercising the right of withdrawal), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Initiating a Return: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement via email to [Insert Support Email] before the 14-day period expires.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned under the standard 14-day cooling-off period. These include:

  • Customized Goods: Any equipment that has been explicitly personalized or custom-made to your specifications (e.g., custom-profiled bats, team apparel printed with names/logos, customized sizing outside of standard charts). These items can only be returned if they are defective.

  • Gift Cards.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s processing times.
